The International Association of Seed Crushers is the umbrella body representing the world oilseed crushing and vegetable oil processing industry.

Membership of the IASC is principally on a country basis where the National Association of Seed Crushers and Oil Processors becomes a member of the IASC.

The IASC currently has twenty-seven associations in membership representing all the most important countries in terms of production and consumption of oilseeds, oilseed meals and vegetable oils. In addition the IASC offers associate membership to companies and associations in this and related sectors.

The principal objective of the IASC is to promote the interests of its members through the expansion of global markets in oilseeds, oilseed meals and vegetable oils, using its influence to ensure the production of safe food and developing agreed policy positions on issues affecting the global industry.
